Lisa aims to provide quality and timely legal services with a focus on real estate (both residential and commercial), commercial financing, corporate/commercial law, and wills and estates.

Lisa has worked in various roles in the real estate industry. She continues to provide quality residential services to clients including sales, purchases, mortgage refinances and title transfers as well as reviewing and drafting of purchase contracts.

In her corporate commercial practice, Lisa assists clients with general corporate matters including, incorporating companies (getting your business started), minute book reviews, corporate acquisitions and dispositions (buying or selling a business), including purchase and sale of shares and purchase and sale of assets, corporate restructuring, review of commercial leases (leasing or buying commercial space), drafting of corporate resolutions, drafting of shareholder and partnership agreements, and financing or raising money.

Lisa understands that estate planning is important for adults in all stages of life. She is able to assist in preparing simple and more complex estate plans which can include Wills, Personal Health Directives, and Power of Attorneys (both general and springing).

Lisa acquired her Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University Faculty of Law in Kamloops, British Columbia where she was part of the inaugural class. Prior to law school, Lisa received a Bachelor in Criminal Justice with Honours from Mount Royal University here in Calgary, Alberta. She has been admitted as a member of the Alberta Law Society since 2015.
